We have been arranging insurance for philatelic (stamp) collectors since the 1920’s and are proud that quite a number of our clients have been with us for over 40 years. In those early days the company was a department of a major London auction house. A separate company was formed 25 years ago and we changed the name to Wardrop & Company in 1993; some years after it had become owned by John Wardrop and his family.

Wardrop and company are insurance intermediaries specialising in cover for Stamp Collectors, Philatelic Societies and Study Circles and Dealers of stamps and other philatelic material.
